This print was captured at the stunning Xwejni Bay in Gozo during an evening of dramatic, moody skies. I was drawn to the interplay between the dried saltpans and those still glistening, subtly reflecting the soft hues of the setting sun. Xwejni Bay is a place close to my heart—both as a photographer and on a personal level. It holds fond memories of summers spent in Gozo with my family, watching the sunset while enjoying simple joys like eating chips.
